Our Journey: From One Classroom to the World

Kids yoga instructors Rachel and Dan leading a fun and interactive yoga session in a colorful classroom, engaging young children in playful movement with arms raised and big smiles.

It’s taken over ten years to get here.

We started Yo Re Mi in a single preschool classroom in NYC with a dream to bring musical yoga and mindfulness to children everywhere. Over the past decade, we’ve grown into a global program helping thousands of children and adults thrive.

We’ve shuttled our kids to school, rushing off to teach at other schools, and juggled dinners, bedtimes, and work. Through life’s ups, downs, and sideways moments, we’ve always stayed dedicated to our mission.

We’re so glad you’re here.

Why? Because we truly believe that bringing musical yoga and mindfulness to children is a mission worth dedicating ourselves to.

The next step in our journey is to help YOU. We’re here to share our hard-earned experiences so you can improve children’s lives and grow your career.
